Elite Care Membership
Terms & Conditions – Reinholz Salon Membership "Elite Care"
By purchasing any membership plan with Cecilia Reinholz Studio, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Purchase
All membership sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or auto-renewable plans. No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early cancellations.
2. Non-Transferable
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sessions may only be used by the original purchaser or registered recipient.
3. Session Availability & Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We recommend booking early to secure preferred dates and times.
4. 24-Hour Notice Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited, with no option for rescheduling.
5. Session Validity
Membership includes 1 session per week, up to 4 per month.

Sessions are not cumulative and cannot be carried over into future weeks or months.

Missed or skipped sessions are considered forfeited.
6. Services Included
Each session includes the services listed at the time of purchase. The membership does not include hair coloring, cutting, extensions, or chemical treatments unless specifically stated.
7. Auto-Renewal Terms (if applicable)
Monthly memberships are billed automatically and can be canceled anytime with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made in writing or via email.
8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service. Cecilia Reinholz Salon is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or at-home care products.
